Taking time for tea is a perfect way to make time for yourself. On a regular basis I steep some of my favorite tea and write in my journal. Especially during tough times this is an important exercise. The ritual of waiting for the water to cool and steeping tea gives us the necessary moments to be mindful: Tea Meditation. Make yourself comfortable and be kind to yourself ... allow tea be your guild and teacher and enjoy each steep as your thoughts color the blank pages. Live Like Water
