If you like a High Mountain Green Oolong tea that has a bold character this is the tea for you. This tea is such a delight to discover and enjoy. A bold tea that can be steeped strong or can yield a sweet and soft taste with notes of honey. Naturally aromatic with floral overtones. Remember you are the artist behind the steeping process.

Da Yu Lin is a premium high Mountain Tea grown in the pristine high altitude between 2200 and 2500 meters. The fluctuations between day and night help shape the character of this amazing tea. This tea is hand picked with care. Product of Taiwan.

Steeping instructions. Fully boil your water first, then allow it to cool for a few minutes. 95 C is a good temperature. If you're using only one teaspoon give it about 5 minutes.

Traditionally Taiwanese teas are steeped in small tea pots with 7 to 9 grams of tea (approx 3 teaspoons). The tea is strong and yet has a natural tea sweetness. The steep this tea for 30 seconds. You can usually steep the pot 6 times.

My preference is to use a larger Korean Tea pot which holds 6 oz of water with 3 teaspoons of tea (about 9 grams of tea) I increase the steeping times with each subsequent steeping. After 4 or 5 infusions don't be afraid to push it...steep your tea for 20 to 30 minutes or even overnight. You can always add some hot water to warm the tea or dilute it if its too strong. With quality teas you can always make more! Remember you create your ideal tea taste by he amount of tea you use, the temperature of the water and the length of time you steep the tea. Don't be afraid to experiment.
