Here is a fantastic gentle black tea from Mt. Jiri in South Korea. A light black tea with floral notes. Tender and delicate leaves. A very tasty tea. 

We get this tea from an elderly woman who has her own small tea plantation and harvests the tea herself. The quality is exceptional. 2nd Flush: Say-Jak

Use Fresh Water.

After the water boils allow it to cool ... temperature between 70 c to 80 c.

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons and steep to taste
