High Mountain Golden Oolong Tea - Li Shan (Pear Mountain) -
Lishan High Mountain Golden Oolong Tea
This is a Classic Oolong tea that is 40 % oxidized and the taste is both smooth and bolder than the Green High Mountain Oolong which is greener and less than 20% oxidized. This is a Connoisseur’s Choice. A most refreshing tea that is smooth and infused with natural floral overtones and a hint of wild honey. This premium tea is grown in a pristine high mountain altitude, and is characteristically more complex. The humidity and natural precipitation envelope the tea bushes in a foggy mist. The temperature fluctuations between day and night all add to the complex fragrance and subtle flavors and the traditional baking process brings out the traditional roasted taste that Taiwanese people love.
